		<description>Damn it, just noticed that the image file has gotten corrupted somehow. Really undercuts the drama of the story if you can't see the image that accompanies it!

Running is certainly the instinct. But after something like that, no place ever seems safe.</description>

		<description>You and I have this in common: I also had a step parent who (legally adopted me, then proceeded to tell me I was his biological child)  blindsided me.  He died a little over a year later leaving me with more questions than answers.  

I completely understand where you were on that beach.  I wasn't able to drive when I found out and I was younger, but I ran.  I ran and ran until I was lost.</description>
